Profile: The majority of my TESL experience has been in Canada working in a multilingual environment, although I have also done teacher training in Korea and El Salvador. I spent a year working with immigrants and then began teaching at ILI in 1993 and have been here ever since in a variety of capacities...Teacher, DOS, CELTA Tutor, CELTC Young Learners Tutor. I received my CELTA in Halifax, Canada, my DELTA in Christchurch, New Zealand and my MA in TEFL /Teaching from Birmingham in the UK. I also spent 9 years as a TESL NS board member. My newest adventure is writing...book reviews, short articles etc. and conducting classroom based research.
