Profile: I was Academic Manager for Bell, Saffron Walden until 2004. During this time I was particularly interested in teacher development. Since leaving Bell I have travelled extensively in Europe for the inspection body EAQUALS not only carrying out inspections but in an advisory capacity and as a teacher trainer. I am a member of the Inspection Committee for EAQUALS, which means that I moderate all reports received and am involved with training and mentoring new inspectors. I have mainly worked in Poland, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, Croatia and, of course, the UK. Back
